- Sale items are usually eligible for exchange only unless marked otherwise.

Policy basics
Eligibility & timelines
You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we’re usually unable to accept requests unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.[web:55][web:69]
Regular apparel that is unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with tags, labels and original packaging.
Innerwear, swimwear, certain accessories, customised pieces and items clearly marked “non-returnable”.
Contact us within 48 hours with photos; we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund once verified.
Logistics
Pickup, shipping & refunds
Wherever possible, we arrange a courier pickup from your address. If pickup isn’t available for your pincode, we may ask you to self-ship the parcel and share the slip; standard courier charges may be reimbursed for approved returns.[web:55] Refunds (for eligible returns) are processed within 5–7 working days after the product passes quality check, back to your original payment method or as store credit as per your choice.[web:69]
For damaged/defective/wrong items, Lazepik bears the cost. For size or style changes, a return fee may be deducted from your refund or charged separately.
Refunds for COD orders are usually issued as store credit or to a bank/UPI account you share with us.
You can request cancellation before dispatch. If the order is already shipped, it will be handled as a return after delivery.[web:58]

Yes. Please send items back with Lazepik packaging wherever possible so they’re protected in transit.
In most cases, we allow one exchange per order item. Additional requests are handled as returns.
Bank/UPI gateways may take a few extra days to show the credit. If you don’t see it after 10 working days, contact us with your order ID.
Yes, as long as the product is eligible and within the return window. We may issue store credit to the recipient instead of refunding the original payer.
